Billing Policy for Fuelforge Systems Inc.

‍Introduction

Welcome to Fuelforge Systems Inc. This Billing Policy is incorporated into our Terms ofService and outlines the billing terms and conditions for accessing and using our lead generation services.

General Terms

Upon signing and returning your Service Agreement (SA), our services will commence, and all payments specified in the SOW will be due. Payments are required every30 days until the end of the agreed term. All prices are in USD and non-refundable as per the deliverables in the SA.

Payment Methods

Payments must be made via a valid credit or debit card (American Express, MasterCard,Discover, or Visa). In certain cases, they may be made via EFT as well. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Updates can be made through our billing portal. By providing your payment method, you certify that you are authorized to use the card.

Billing Cycle

Clients are billed monthly. A tech fee is charged at the start of the month, and additional charges for leads generated are billed on the last day of the month.If a payment fails, you have a 15-day grace period to resolve the issue.Unresolved issues may lead to account suspension, and we reserve the right to bill in advance.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel services, contact your Customer Success Manager via call or email. This policy operates on a month-to-month basis, meaning cancellation does not absolve you of any outstanding fees. Leads submitted during the current billing cycle will still be billed.

Account Pause

You may pause your account for a fee of $150 per month, which holds your account without full billing.

Billing Disputes

Todispute a charge, contact us in writing within 30 days of the charge. Do not dispute the charge with your credit card company during this period to allow us time to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is received before this period ends, we may suspend your account and seek collection for the rendered services.

Modifications

Fuelforge Systems Inc. reserves the right to modify this Billing Policy. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
