1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided

Fuelforge Systems Inc. provides lead generation services, including but not limited to lead sourcing, lead verification, and cold email campaigns to help B2B tech companies book qualified sales meetings.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using our services.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay all fees specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Payments are due every 30 days, and all fees are non-refundable. Payment methods accepted include valid credit or debit cards. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including business and technical information, secure and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to such processing and agree to maintain compliance with data protection laws applicable to your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to software, processes, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Fuelforge Systems Inc. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for the duration of the contract.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice 30 days in advance. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to make timely payments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuelforge Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use ourservices.
• Nauthorized access to or use ofyour account or data.
• Any conduct or content of anythird party on our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and holdharmless Fuelforge Systems Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors,employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, andexpenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, yourbreach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
